- There are no cash refunds.
Return must include a copy of the invoice.
- If you have a problem or discrepancy with an order, you must contact our customer service department at 1-800-536-8893 (M-F 9am-4pm CST) within 5 business days of receipt of the order and request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization Number).
- Returns will not be accepted without a valid RMA shown on the outside of the package being returned.
- All items being returned must be returned within 5 business days of receipt of the RMA number.
- There are no cash refunds. Defective merchandise may be exchanged for good merchandise of equal value only. Other items may be exchanged for same-item only. Exchanged items must be in "as-new" condition (not worn or washed), in original packaging.
- Up to 20% re-stocking fee may be applied.
- Customers are responsible for all freight charges on returns and exchanges.
